What we warrant
Vanify warrants that its vanities are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use, when installed and maintained correctly. This warranty is provided by Vanify as manufacturer and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Warranty period
The warranty period runs from the date of delivery. The specific term per component (carcass, hardware, benchtop, finish) is confirmed on your order documentation. Hardware and benchtop materials may carry separate manufacturer terms, which we pass through.
What is covered
- Structural defects in the carcass under normal use.
- Delamination or finish failure not caused by misuse, impact, or water ingress through unsealed penetrations made after delivery.
- Hardware (hinges, runners) that fails under normal operation within its term.
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, impact, misuse, or neglect.
- Water damage from standing water, leaks, or failure to seal site penetrations.
- Normal wear, and natural variation in stone and timber-look finishes.
- Modifications made after delivery.
Care instructions
- Clean surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh solvents.
- Wipe up standing water promptly, especially around benchtop joints and cutouts.
- For stone, avoid placing very hot items directly on the surface; for laminate and 2-pac, avoid prolonged heat and abrasion.
- Do not overload drawers beyond their rated capacity.
