The terms of sale that apply when you order from Vanify.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your purchase of custom-made vanities and related products from Vanify. By confirming an order and accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to be bound by them. Vanify is backed by Colourbox Kitchens and manufactures in Melbourne, Victoria.
2. Orders and specification
You configure your product in the Vanify Builder. The specification you confirm at checkout is the specification we manufacture. It is your responsibility to check dimensions, finishes, and configuration before confirming. Where a configuration is not buildable, the Vanify Builder will prevent it or we will contact you.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Indicative pricing is displayed in the Vanify Builder; the final price is re-validated and recomputed on our server before payment. GST is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full, before production, through Stripe.
4. Production and lead time
Production begins within 48 hours of payment. The lead time is 3–7 weeks from order confirmation, and we confirm a production date at order. Estimated dates are made in good faith and may be affected by finish choice and production volume.
5. Cancellation and changes
Because products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed for change of mind once production has begun. See our Refunds & Shipping policy for full detail.
6. Delivery
We deliver to site across Melbourne metro. Risk passes on delivery. Installation and plumbing are arranged by your trades. See Refunds & Shipping for delivery and transit-damage terms.
7. Warranty and consumer law
Products are covered by our manufacturer Warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vanify’s liability for any claim is limited to repair, replacement, or the resupply of the product, or the cost of doing so. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect measurements you supply or from installation carried out by others.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
