How long does the whole process take?

Configuring a vanity in the Vanify Builder takes a few minutes. Once you confirm and pay, manufacturing runs to a 3-7 week lead time from order confirmation, depending on the finishes you choose. We confirm a production date at order, so you can schedule the rest of the bathroom around a fixed timeline rather than an open-ended ETA.

Do I need an account to order?

No. There are no logins in the current process. You build a specification, confirm it, and pay. Your order confirmation includes a tracking link you can save and revisit without a password.

Can I save a configuration and come back to it?

Your configuration is held in the Vanify Builder while you work. You can also download a summary of your specification as a PDF. If you start checkout and stop, you can return to the Vanify Builder to finish the order.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Production begins within 48 hours of payment. Before production starts we can usually accommodate changes — contact us with your order reference as soon as possible. Once a custom order is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for defects or non-conformity.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, in full, before production. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are supported. GST is calculated and shown at checkout. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.

Set the vanity type, overall width from 500 to 3600 mm, wall placement and dimensions. The Vanify Builder enforces the valid height and depth ranges for the type you pick, so you can’t specify something we can’t build.

Select configuration

Lay out modules across the carcass, then choose your benchtop, door and drawer finish, handles, basins and tap-hole positions. Pricing updates with every choice.

Confirm production

Review your itemised quote, pay through Stripe, and we confirm a production date. Your vanity is manufactured in Melbourne and delivered to site — 3–7 weeks from confirmation.

The Vanify Builder won’t let you specify the impossible.

Module widths must sum to the available carcass space. Heights are bounded by vanity type. Incompatible combinations — like bevelled fingerpull on vinyl wrap — are blocked and explained. By the time you reach checkout, the specification is buildable and the price reflects exactly what you chose.

We confirm a production date at order. Stone and 2-pac finishes sit at the longer end of the range. Have wall fixings, plumbing rough-in and flooring ready so the vanity can be set and connected on arrival.
