- Order details: your vanity configuration, delivery address, and order references.
- Enquiry content you send us through forms or email.
- Basic analytics data about how the site is used.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. How we use it
- To prepare quotes, process orders, and manufacture and deliver your vanity.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- To improve the website and our service.
4. Data processors
We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver our service, including Stripe (payment processing), and analytics providers. Stripe acts as an independent data processor for payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We store information using reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Order configuration and acceptance records are retained as required for warranty, tax, and dispute purposes.
