Made-to-order products

Every Vanify vanity is manufactured to the specification you submit. Production begins within 48 hours of payment. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout, before production, through Stripe. GST is calculated and shown at checkout and itemised on your tax invoice. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; Vanify does not see or store card data.

Delivery

• We deliver to site across metropolitan Melbourne with no metro delivery surcharge.
• Lead time is 3–7 weeks from order confirmation; we confirm a production date at order.
• Delivery is to site. Installation and plumbing connection are arranged by your trades.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access for delivery at the nominated address.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and note any visible damage at the time. Report transit damage to hello@vanify.com.au with your order reference and photographs as soon as possible. We will repair or replace goods damaged in transit.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match the specification ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us with your order reference and we will assess and resolve the issue, including repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.

Change of mind

Because vanities are custom-made to your specification, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun. Please review your configuration carefully before confirming payment.

Cancellations before production

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Where production has not yet commenced we will do our best to accommodate the change; once production has started this is not possible.
